Star Wars: Empire at War is one more real-time strategy game from LucasArts Entertainment. Actually, this piece of art excited me much more than previous ones and I'm going to explain why. First, this space and land combat simulator looks great due to the creators' job. They tried to make all the battles seem epic and solid. Moreover, graphics attracts your attention and leaves the impression of a realistic action! So the whole design is on par with that which is required by the advanced technologies. Then I liked the sound. It creates the atmosphere of the battle and you feel that you are not only the spectator of this action but the participant. Next, I would like to mention the variety of characters and items. They are numerous and quite different from each other, thus making the gameplay much more entertaining. Though sometimes I had the impression that some battles are repetitive and, what is more, some kinds of battles are not realized as well as the others. All in all, that doesn't make matter worse and the game is still great!
