It's quite clear what is this game about if we judge by its name. You wanna be a villain? So, now it became possible. But as it seemed to me, you won't feel that you are a real villain with this game, though there are lots moments connected with evil in the game play. You can play alone or in the multiplayer mode and it's funny. As for me, I'd prefer the second variant because it's more interesting. I liked how the character creation tool is organized. It gives you lots of opportunities and a certain freedom. Probably, this game can be a worthy competitor to the World of Warcraft. Thus, if you want to play something like WoW, then choose this game. However, I didn't like that City of Villain is not too realistic to engage you, I would say that the game is a bit artificial, which spoils the impression. All in all, it's a good game and I recommend you to spend your leisure playing it.
