To get Event Viewer, finish the game and save it. Then load the game file and you will be able to view the unlocked intermission sequences at the Event Viewer menu. However, you have to keep in your mind that it is possible to view only the scenes unlocked by the Memory Capsules which have been collected in advance.
Now I will tell you how to get Ultima Weapon. When you find the "Toy Gun" weapon, try to keep it. Note that you should have 300,000 Gil to upgrade it. When you get the first upgrade, your gun will turn into a Silver Toy Gun, and the next upgrade will make it turn into a Gold Toy Gun. When you receive the final upgrade that costs 200,000 Gil, you will, finally, get the Ultima Weapon.
Sometimes, you can come across several annoying bugs in Chapter 6. So, when you get to the location where all the DG soldiers are, shoot over where the insects are. Then take the Hydra Gun to shoot the one in front. You will appreciate their reaction, because they will think that the DG soldiers did it. While the insects are mad, you, actually, can relax a bit.
