To unlock Dark Campaign, start a new game then enter your save game name. At the beginning of the Episode Selection press X, Y, Y, X, X, Y, X, Y.
To unlock God mode, pause the game and then press X, Y, X, X, Y, Y, X, Y, X, X, Y, Y.
