To get easy Acrobatics skill, you havekeep jumping instead of walking while moving around on foot.
To get easy Alchemy skill, steal a mortar and pestle and then steal a lot of food items to turn them into potions. Thus you can reach the Master level quite easily.
To get good armor, you have to take the dead guard's katana and armor at the beginning of the game after the King's convoy is attacked.
To feed as a vampire, have a good Sneak skill so you will be able to feed from a sleeping person.
