Dragon Balls: if you find the Dragon Balls in Dragon Universe mode, you can wish for a Breakthrough Capsule, Memories, or Green Capsules.
1st ball: by the white plains; around Red Ribbon Army Base, Saiyan Saga (Earth)
2nd ball:between the upper two main islands, Saiyan Saga (Earth)
3d ball: at the upper right island,Frieza Saga (Namek)
4th ball: on the left island near map border, southwest of the upper left island, Frieza Saga (Namek)
5th ball: where the compass is on the map in the water, Cell Games (Earth)
6th ball: by the main island towards the middle by North City, Buu Saga (Earth):
7th ball: at a little sandbar island near the martial arts tournament

Baba Crystal Balls Movie 00: unlock all Ultimate Move skills and purchase movie 00 at the Skill Shop
Baba Crystal Balls Movie 01: buy the Baba Crystal Balls Movie 00
Ultimate Skill Moves: buy for 50,000 for each character at the Skill Ship after you have unlocked all characters
Breakthrough: buy for 75,000 for each character at the Skill Shop after you have Baba Crystal Balls Movie 01 and get all Breakthroughs for each playable character in Dragon Universe mode

Bibidi's Pot Capsule: start a game with a Dragon Ball Z and Budokai 2 save on your memory card
Silver Membership Card Capsule: start a game with a Dragon Ball Z and Budokai 2 save on your memory card
Bardock Capsule: start a game with a Dragon Ball Z and Budokai 2 save on your memory card
Membership Cards (Silver, Gold and Black): To collect all 3 cards, find them on an island north of the Golden-Gate looking bridge (you should go through Goku's Dragon Universe a few times).
Silver: character Lvl 2+, or spend 1,500 zenie in shop or have budokai 2 save
Gold: character Lvl 15+, or spend 100,000 zenie in shop
Black: character Lvl 30+, or spend 250,000 zenie in shop
Extra Difficulty Levels:
Z Mode: beat Dragon Universe on Very Hard once (Goku's Wish)
Z2 Mode: beat Dragon Universe on Z Mode once (The Path to Power)
Z3 Mode: beat Dragon Universe on Z2 Mode once (Endless Path to Power)
Stages: To unlock some stages, do the following.
Grandpa Gohan's House: go to Grandpa Gohan's House and defeat Goku (w/ Kid Gohan in DU mode 2nd time)
Inside Buu: beat Super Buu inside of himself with Goku and Vegeta
Planet Namek: play the Namek saga
Urban Level: go to Central City in the beginning of Teen Gohan's Dragon Universe
Red Ribbon Army Base: unlock Dragon Arena mode
Supreme Kai's World: beat Kid Buu in Goku and Vegeta's Dragon Universe in Supreme Kai's World
Dragon Arena: complete Dragon Universe mode with all unlockable characters in that mode (Broly, teen Gohan, and high school Gohan)
Cell Games Tournament: defeat Cell when he appears in the Dragon Arena matches
Destroyed Level: at the level select press circle to get the destroyed version of a stage

Android 16: find it at Plain among the south island and bring him to Bulma in West City (Krillin's Dragon Universe mode the second time)
Android 17: defeat Android 17 as Piccolo (Dragon Universe mode)
