Make the following to get desired result:
Skip stage: hold L, R, and A, and then press Up during the game
Invincibility: L, R, and B, and then press Down when paused
Exit stage: press L, R, and A together when paused
Play as Drew or Mina: hold L, R, B, and Right together on the character screen
